Jayden Battey
Recently we received an email out of the blue from Jayden Battey, an amazing year 8 student from Camberwell High School.
Jayden emailed us to ask if he could help ACE and would we be OK with him doing some fundraising for us. Naturally, we said we would love his help.
A couple of weeks later another email came out of the blue asking when could we come to pick up the cheque for two hundred dollars. Jayden and the kids from class 8A had gone and raised this money all on their own, which blew us away.
At ACE we think that this kind of initiative and to take action at such a young age shows a great level of maturity. Jayden and his friends from class 8A are incredible.
Well done, we appreciate your hard work and the funds raised will go a long way towards helping the Happy School students further their own education.
