ICE
Ireland for Cambodian Education (ICE) are core fundraising partners for the Happy School. Members of ICE have been supporting the Happy School since its beginnings and have played a crucial and ongoing role in many program and development initiatives. Generally, ACE provides management support while the members of ICE consistently and tirelessly deliver up to half of our yearly operational funding.
World Education Australia WEAL and World Education Cambodia WEC
World Education, both in Cambodia and Australia, since 2007, have provided invaluable technical support to the Happy School. This includes direct project support and training for our staff and project management support and oversight in Australia.
ACE and World Education are partners in a project called the “Happy School Support Project,” which covers the core operation of the Happy School. From the Partnership document- “The Happy School support project is a partnership between Australians for Cambodian Education (ACE), World Education Cambodia (WEC) and World Education Australia (WEAL). ACE provides operational and management support to the Happy School, WEC provides technical support and WEAL conducts project management.” (WEAL 2008)
World Education support amazing development work around the world and ACE is very excited about the already achieved and future benefits for the Happy School children from this partnership.
